After the setting target and objective in the policy, the organization made a plan to achieve the objectives and targets set in the occupational health & Safety Planning. This planning focused on how the organization will achieve the objective and target define in OHS Policy.

Implementation is a very important phase. After the planning now the time is to implement planning at work scope. The organization will make sure all required resources as per planning available for implementation. The audit will be conducted on a set standard; the Auditor reviews the organization's policy procedures and implementation evidence against ISO standards. At the end of the audit, the auditor will write the audit report and highlight the area of improvement. If any lacking or lagging auditor will issue NCR (nonconformance report) or CAR (corrective action request). Auditor will allocate the time for the organization to close the NCR, CAR.
